| The BAC corrosion protection system is a unique system approach to evaporative cooling equipment protection．A special hybrid polymer，formulated for tenacious bonding，toughness，and impermeability to fluid，is applied by electrostatic spray to hot dip galvanized panel and steel surfaces．The polymer undergoes a thermosetting cure process，fuse-bonding to the galvanized steel substrate，which can greatly extend the equipment decorativeness and service life． | ||||

| Type 304 and 316 stainless steel Cooling Towers are designed for applications exposed to extremely corrosive conditions or where the longest life is desired ．AU steel panels and structural elements，including the structural frames，louver supports，cold water basin，fan deck，and mechanical equipment supports are constructed of Type 304 and 316 stainless steel． | ||||

| 3.?Optional Cleanable Header Coil | ||||
| For applications that might deposit soluble scale or sludge within the tubes，the cleanable header tube bundle provides removable cover plates on the inlet and outlet header boxes to permit access to each serpentine tube circuit for solvent or air?pressure deaning．Tubes are all prime surface steel tubing formed into a serpentine shape and welded into an assembly．Coil material options include carbon steel coils(hot-dip galvanized outside surface)or stainless steel coils． | ||||

| Independent drive system is a great energy saving solution, when actual capacity do not reach peak load, you can shut one or more fans down. Isolation boards are installed to protect air flow short out. | ||||

| 6. Two Circuit Coil | ||||
| Two circuit coil is two single coil circuit within one coil, each coil circuit takes 1/2 charge. For certain design like cylinder water jacket cooling, one circuit can used as a condenser, the other circuit serves as a fluid cooler, contact BAC sales representatives for more details. | ||||

Every external platform is preassembled and pre-fitted at the factory to ensure that every component will fit and function exactly as described. The platform will ship secured in the basin and attach quickly in the field with minimum fasteners. Platforms, ladders and safety cages can be added at the time of order or as an aftermarket item.All components are designed to meet OSHA requirements. |

| 3. Extended Lubrication Lines | ||||
| Extended lubrication lines with standard grease fittings are available for lubrication of the fan shaft bearings .Fittings are located inside the plenum area next to the access door. | ||||

| 4. Basin Heaters | ||||
| Evaporative condenser exposed to below freezing ambient temperatures require protection to prevent freezing of the basin water when the unit is idle．Factory installed heaters that of basin are a simple and inexpensive way of providing such protection． | ||||

| 5. Basin Sweeper Piping | ||||
| Sweeper piping is an effective method of eliminating debris that may collect in the basin of the tower .A complete piping system, including educator nozzles, is provided in the basin for connection to side stream filtration equipment(by others). | ||||

| Inlet screens are available on air inlet to prevent contaminants pollute spray water. both carbon steel and stainless steel is available for screens, screens are fastened to the tower, which is removable for cleaning. | ||||

| Local machine panel can provide perfect Protection Function including phase protection, low voltage protection, short out protection, overload protection. Control system consists “manual” and “auto” modes. Under manual mode, personnel can press the button on panel board to start or shut down fan, pump and heater. Under auto mode, it can receive DCS control signal, automatically start or shutdown fan and pump, plenty of passive nodes are provided. | ||||
